Once they’ve left education, people with multiple disabilities aged 18+ must have access to the right staff and facilities, to meet their needs, manage their day and fulfil their potential.
Through our Easter and summer scheme, young people with multiple disabilities aged 12 and up meet friends and enjoy every available activity.
Our community-based music therapy service works with children and adults, overcoming difficulties and drawing out potential. It operates at Parity and in homes, schools and other locations.
We must raise over £150K this year to cover the costs of specialist equipment, up-to-date technology, adapted minibuses, and input from health professionals.
