Steel yourself to spend one night (8pm to 3.30am) at a ghostly 1,000-year-old Manor House in support of Parity. Only a maximum of 35 people may participate in the all-night challenge  supported by experienced mediums. Due to the huge response we’re offering a second opportunity to spend the night in a Hampshire haunted house! Collection - Sainsbury’s Water Lane, Farnham

Saturday 24 & Sunday 25 April

Volunteers will be holding a tin throughout the weekend at the store, we welcome anyone who can spare one or two hours to help make the collection a success.

Zip Wire Challenge, Farnham

Sunday 13 June

Scale the most intimidating tree in Surrey, then launch yourself off the platform to zoom 650 feet along a thin wire at 25 mph!! Participants are asked to pay a £25 fee and raise £120 in sponsorship for Parity. Application packs will be available shortly...

Parity Open Day

At the Farnborough Day Centre, Whetstone Road, Cove. Join students, staff and supporters for a fun day at Parity. Visit stalls, enjoy a BBQ and become acquainted with your local charity.

Atlas Mountain Trek

The journey of a lifetime in support of Parity, a week-long trek to the summit of Toubkal, the highest mountain in North Africa.
Participants are asked to pay a £175 deposit and raise £1,325 in sponsorship for Parity for Disability. To learn more, please download the itinerary.

Firewalk Challenge at Rushmoor Fire Station

Sun 21 November

Join members of the fire crew as they walk barefoot across 20 feet of embers burning at 1200 degrees Fahrenheit! Participants are asked to pay a £25 fee and raise £120 in sponsorship.

Himalayan Treks 2010

Trek through the mountainous scenery of Nepal to the Annapurna Sanctuary, a natural alpine amphitheatre completely surrounded by snow-capped mountains. Or journey to Everest Base Camp, while taking in some of the most breathtaking scenery in the Himalaya. You can also choose to travel the Bhara Pokhari ridge in full view of some of the highest peaks in the world.

Kilimanjaro 2010

Trek the scenic Machame route up Mt Kilimanjaro, the highest peak in Africa - nowhere else on earth are such extremes of climate and vegetation to be seen in a single location.
