Day Service Manager, Farnborough
Salary: £24,811 p.a.
Full time (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm)
We’re seeking an experienced manager to be responsible for the day-to-day running of our Farnborough day service. The successful candidate will manage the service to achieve the best possible outcomes for adults with multiple disabilities, promoting and maintaining the high standards of care and best practice provided by Parity for Disability.
The role will require previous experience of working in a care-centred environment and managing a team. It’s a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on using their initiative and creativity, as the services continue to implement and adopt new initiatives and technologies. The charity is expanding and this is an exciting time to join our team.

2. Keyworker at the Camberley day service – temporary maternity cover from November 12, 2018
Salary: £17,000 p.a.
Full-time (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm)
The successful candidates will each work as part of a team in the provision of care and support to adults with multiple disabilities in a range of activities to promote physical, emotional and psychological wellbeing.
You do not need to have previous experience of working in a care environment but should have empathy with the issues faced by people with multiple disabilities.
