Keyworker – Full, Part time and Maternity cover positions available
Salary: £17,255 p.a. pro rata (currently under review)
Full-time keyworker hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
The successful candidates will work as part of a team in the provision of care and support to adults with multiple disabilities in a range of activities to promote physical, emotional and psychological wellbeing. You do not need to have previous experience of working in a care environment but should have empathy with the issues faced by people with multiple disabilities.
Although demanding at times you would be motivated by being a part of an award-winning team, meeting clients and supporters who truly inspire, and helping an established charity continue to achieve its goals.
Senior Keyworker at Mytchett day service plus Scheme Leader – Full Time
Salary: £19,665 p.a. pro rata
Full-time hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
The charity is looking for a Senior Keyworker based in Mytchett, Surrey who will support the Day Service Manager in all aspects of the Service’s management and in the provision of care and support to adults with multiple disabilities in their daily activities.
During the Easter and Summer holidays, you would assume the responsibilities of Team Leader at the charity’s Activity Scheme based in Fleet, Hampshire where you would ensure the safe and efficient running of the Scheme.
The role will require previous experience of working in a care-centred environment and managing a small team or project. You will need to communicate effectively, and be flexible and approachable with a positive attitude in all circumstances.
Summer Activity Scheme Workers – 5th to 30th August 2019
Are you outgoing, confident and enthusiastic about working with young people? We’re recruiting temporary workers as part of a team providing care and support on our Activity Scheme for young adults with multiple disabilities. The scheme is based in Fleet, Hampshire and successful candidates will be taking part in a variety of activities near and far – every day is different. Workers receive full training.
