The successful candidates will work as part of a team in the provision of care and support to adults with multiple disabilities in a range of activities to promote physical, emotional and psychological wellbeing. You do not need to have previous experience of working in a care environment but should have empathy with the issues faced by people with multiple disabilities.
Although demanding at times you would be motivated by being a part of an award-winning team, meeting clients and supporters who truly inspire, and helping an established charity continue to achieve its goals.
Parity for Disability is dedicated to providing high quality services for people with multiple disabilities, their families and carers in Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire.

“I don’t feel as if I’m at work because everyone is always happy and enjoying themselves.”
