Recycled Jewellery ProjectOur Parity shops rely on donations of quality items for resale. However, on this occasion we don't mind that your jewellery is broken or an earring is missing from a pair for example, because Claire, a Parity volunteer, has founded the 'Recycled Jewellery Project'. Claire will re-string beads into modern style necklaces, colour coordinating them with new beads. And perhaps you might like some matching earrings or a pretty bracelet. Currently these can be purchased from our Frimley High St shop only - why not call in and see the colourful and unique designs. 'Jewellery by Claire' - for more information you can email Claire or the shops. A great idea for Parity to make money from 'old' to 'new'! Cards for all OccasionsAvailable from North Camp shop is a lovely selection of handmade cards for all occasions, exclusively made for us by Parity volunteer, Helen. Our Frimley High Street ShopKeep a look out for our great "special offers" - why not call in soon and grab yourself a bargain! And for our Over 60's customers there is always a 10% discount on all purchases. |
Celebrating Farnborough AirshowWith the loud noise of aircraft currently flying low overhead, we are delighted to say Parity are celebrating the sights and sounds of the Farnborough Airshow in style. Local man, Rob Yeoman has very kindly donated to our North Camp shop some wonderful aviation prints, being extra special as they are signed by some of the pilots who flew such aircraft! And in addition, upon purchasing a print, the buyer will be invited as Rob's guest to Rabbitsqn's annual signing event, this year being held on Sunday 24 August at the Holiday Inn, Farnborough - a unique opportunity to meet some of the Battle of Britain/Bomber command pilots, who would be available to add their signatures to the chosen print. They are on display and available to buy at our shop in Camp Road - you can't fail to miss our award winning window display following the theme of "Those Magnificent Men in Their Flying Machines"! Congratulations to Christine and her team for securing 1st prize - richly deserved. MANY THANKS to Rob and all the members of Rabbitsqn http://www.rabbitsqn.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/index.htm - we really appreciate your support! |
